1、打开终端输入 open ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/
2、删除文件夹内的所有文件
3、在终端输入 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/SharedFrameworks/ContentDeliveryServices.framework/Versions/A/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter
4、下载完后，重启Xcode
